Kanive (Rampura) village is historical place in kodagu district. This village is located near kaveri river. Madikeri is main and center city of kodagu district. From  madikeri to kushalnagar 30 kms of distance. Kushalnagar is also center city of coorg district for industrial purpose. To enter from mysore to kodagu district.
